sot me beri pershtypje fakti qe me duk sikur mbarrova shkollen dhe se sdo rikthehesha prap deri per disa muaj, kur ne fakt duhet te filloj semestrin e dyte vec pas dy javesh pushim...dhe nje studente ne klas numuroj gjithe provimet qe kemi bere per keto 11 jave= 19 provime, 5 physical examination/and oral examinaiton, 1 presentation, 5 quizzes

Kurse tani semestrin tjeter do kemi 32 provime dhe 3 physical examination per ato 15 jave....ahhh me vertet qe thone ske jete fare kur futesh ne degen e mjeksis

ahh neser Head to Toe exam, dhe mbarroj yayyyyyy

well ne fillim fillojme me inspection
"lips are moist and pink without any ulcers or cracking"
"open your mouth for me...i am inspecting for any white patches, masses, lesions, discoloration...none are noted"..."can you say "ahh for me" ok "uvula is midline and rises with phonation, cranial nerve 10 is in tact"...pastaj ben "gag reflex"..."cranial nerve 9 and 10 in tact"..shikom dhembet and tap over the teeth," teeth are non tender and in good repair, breath odor is non offensive" .pastaj i themi "nxirr gjuhen levize side to side, cranial nerve 12" in tact...pastaj shikoj prap gojen me nje tongue depressor the penlight, dhe shikojm "tonsils...they are present, i am looking for size/edema, color or exudates....gingiva is without any inflammation and lesions...i am going to get the gauze and look at your tongue, i am looking at the tongue for any lesions, masses, and check the Whorten duct for any stones...check the side of the cheeks for the Stetson ducts, again for stones...or any masses and areas of induration"....that completes the mouth exam

Rexhi wow 19 provime per 11 jave jane shume, jam kurioze te di si eshte i strukturuar nje provim atje? me ben cudi qe jane kaq shume, kur ne kemi jo me shume se 32 provime ne 6 vite mjekesi (kaq me duket se jane, por s'jam shume e sigurte se me duhet t'i numeroj prape)...

tani i numerova, 34 provime jane gjithsej.
