Derisa te shkoje nje shqipetare, ose me origjin shqiptare ato sdo te arrijne ta zgjidhin kete c'shtje. Turqit nuk jane shquar kurre per politike te mirefillte, madje edhe gjate perandorise Osmane kane qene shqipetaret qe kane bere levizjet me te mirefillta politike ne postet me te larta te qeverise. Ataturku ju themoloi shtetin "demokratik" dhe tani kushedi se si do te jete emri i shqiptarit ne rradhe per te bere humanizmin e rradhes ne qeverite e botes.

Duket nje plan i mireorganizuar. Per mendimin tim Turqia nuk eshte shtet laik ne jeten reale, ajo eshte e tille vetem ne letra.

Asgje skishte perfituar Ballkani nga nje krize politike ne Turqi, sidomos tani pasi situata eshte shume e paqendrueshme. Ne nje situate te tille turqia do te mund te kishte sulme te papritura nga fqinji Grek, dhe situata do te behej shume e nderlikuar. As Kosova dhe as Shqiperia sdo te mund te kishin patur ndonje interes qe ky plan te ishte realizuar.

Shpresoj qe qeveria turke te beje progres per te realizuar ate qe ka ne letra persa i perket laicitetit.

Ketu e kam edhe une fjalen Alproud, qe turqit duhet te vetdijesohen, te shkosh sot ti atje dhe ti kritikosh psh per kurdet te qesin fare, tjau kritikosh psh. problemet politike poashtu te tranojn, nje shtet i cili per mendimin tim eshte kopje e Perandorise Osmane, shtet militarist veq tani me metoda te reja, asgje ska ndryshuar.

Gazetarët skan liri te shtypit sepse kontrollohen prej qeverise, shkrimtaret nuk guxojn te shkruajn libra per anet negative te Turqise se te fusin ne burg.

Kurse martesat me vajzat e axhes apo me vajzat e tezes i preferojn shum, sepse aty qendron pasuria-paraja, ja kush jan turqit ende i preferojn martesat mbrenda lidhjeve te gjakut, keto gjera nuk i kemi ne, nuk i kan as popujt e evropes, keto i kan vetem nje popull i qfrenuar, po t'ishin me te vetdijesuar ne aspektin kulturor, as Zoti nuk do i linte ne kete gjendje si jan sot.

Perdorimi i mallrave dhe futja e tyre ne Ballkan me kualitet te dobet osht nje prej kritikave te medha qe e kan bere BE, ata bile i vjedhin tiketat ilegallisht te Giani Versaces etj dhe i vejne ne shitje ne vendet qe jan ne tranzicion.
Ana bregdetare e tyre eshte e zhvilluar, si te hysh andej nga Ankaraja hehe vaj halli e mjer mileti, e pse? sepse andej graviton popullata kurde si dhe ajo shqiptare. Jane bere disa emisione per shqiptarët e Turqis ne RTK, qka te shohish, shtepiat e shqiptareve te lyera me llaq, me qerpiq, e me tulla te kuqe si ne kohen e baba zemanit, nje kateshe nncncc, te rrenqethet trupi se si kan jetuar vellezerit tan atje nen diktatura te ndryshme ushtarake.

Ne si shqiptar mendoj se duhet ta shfrytezojm kritkat qe i'u ben BE, per te kerkuar te drejtat elementare per vellezerit tane atje, dmth diplomaci dhe politike, se pa keto te dyja sbon, smundemi te shtyhemi me gjyks, sepse skemi kaqik, vendimet politike te BE duhet ti shfytezojm maksimalisht.

TURCHIA: 6 MORTI IN ATTACCO DAVANTI A CONSOLATO USA A ISTANBUL

ISTANBUL - Sei persone sono morte questa mattina a Istanbul in quello che si sospetta sia stato un attacco terroristico davanti al consolato americano a Istinye, un quartiere nella parte europea della citta' turca. Lo riferiscono fonti ufficiali locali.

Sono tre poliziotti e tre attentatori le vittime della sparatoria durata oltre dieci minuti tra gli assalitori e gli agenti, ha riferito il governatore della citta', Muammer Guller, precisando che due dei poliziotti sono morti sul posto mentre il terzo e' deceduto in ospedale.

Il commando composto da quattro persone e' giunto a bordo di un'auto davanti all'edificio che ospita la rappresentanza Usa: tre uomini sono scesi dal veicolo e hanno iniziato a sparare contro gli agenti, questi hanno risposto al fuoco in una lunga sparatoria che ha lasciato a terra il corpo senza vita dei due agenti e dei tre attentatori. Il quarto, l'autista rimasto al volante dell'auto dei presunti terroristi, e' fuggito ed e' scattata subito la caccia all'uomo: al momento elicotteri della polizia sorvolano la citta' mentre numerosi agenti si sono riversati lungo le strade, in particolare nel distretto di Sariyer.

Il ministro dell'Interno, Basir Atalay, da Ankara ha confermato il bilancio dell'attacco facendo riferimento a ''tre terroristi'' uccisi senza pero' specificare se si sia trattato di un attacco terroristico contro la sede della rappresentanza americana. ''E' ancora troppo presto per stabilire di cosa si sia trattato, stiamo prendendo in considerazione tutte le piste possibili'', ha precisato Atalay ed ha aggiunto che si rechera' immediatamente sul luogo dell'attacco a Istanbul. Turqi, sulmohet konsullata amerikane, mendohet 'akt terrorist'

Gjuajtjet me armë zjarri që lanë 6 vetë të vdekur në konsullatën amerikane në Stamboll mendohet të jenë pjesë e një ‘akti terrorist’. Kështu e ka cilësuar sulmin e sotëm ambasadori amerikan në vend. Në një prononcim para gazetarëve në kryeqytetin e Turqisë Ankara, Ross Wilson tha se i ka kërkuar qeverisë turke shtimin e masave të sigurisë që kur policia kapi një bombë në një makinë para një jave afër hyrjes së konsullatës amerikane.

“Nuk jam në pozicionin e spekulantit për të thënë se kush e ka organizuar këtë” – tha Wilson. “Por Sa herë ka një sulm në një ndërtesë diplomatike ... përcaktimi më i afërt është të jetë një sulm terrorist”.

“Vendet tona do të rrinë afër për ti bërë ballë këtyre problemeve”- shtoi ai.

Të paktën 6 persona, midis të cilëve 3 policë, janë vrarë afër konsullatës amerikane në Stamboll ne mesditen e sotme. Ndërkohë edhe 2 persona të tjerë kanë ngelur të plagosur. Një i armatosur ka hapur zjarr ndaj sigurimit të konsullatës nga nje makine e bardhe e cila eshte larguar me shpejtesi- lajmëron Ahu Ozurt për CNN.

Ndërkohë edhe policia i është kundërpërgjigjur duke vrarë tre prej sulmuesve. Një zëdhënës i Ambasadës Amerikane në Ankara tha se të paktën një prej sulmuesve ka hapur zjarr rreth orës 11 mbi policinë jashtë konsullatës.

Zyrtarët thanë se nuk ka mbetur i vrarë asnjë punonjës i konsullatës apo qytetar amerikan. Njerëzit qëprisnin për viza jashtë nuk kanë pasur dëmtime. Tre prej trupave kanë ngelur në tokë dhe janë marrë prej ambulancave ndërkohë që policia ka rrethuar zonën. Sulmi më i fundit ndaj një autoriteti të huaj në Turqi ka qenë në Nëntor të vitit 2003 kur një bombë u vendos tek konsullata britanike. Shpërthimi vrau më shumë se 70 njerëz, përfshirë edhe konsullin britanik.

Turqia është një shtet jofetar, i cili mbizotërohet nga Muslumanët. Gjatë gjithë kohëve ka pasur shumë tensione midis separatistëve dhe mulsumanëve. Ndërkohë shteti ka përndjekur separatistët kurdë prej shumë vitesh.

Tema eshte per Turqine dhe situaten qe ka ajo tani. Rasti i sulmit ne ambasaden amerikane nuk mund te merret i shkeputur. Duke qene se eshte kjo teme ekzistuese se shikoj te arsyeshme qe te hapet nje e re. Nuk me duket aspak rastesi qe vetem 2 dite mbas deshtimit te grushtit te shtetit, ndodh nje akt terrorist ndaj shtetit me te fuqishem te botes dhe nje aleati shume te forte te Turqise.

The ruling imposed financial sanctions on Recep Tayyip Erdogan's AK party but stopped short of an outright ban [EPA]

A constitutional court ruling not to impose a ban on the ruling Justice and Development party (AKP) and its leading parliamentarians in Turkey has come as a major surprise to analysts and politicians alike.

The 11-man panel of the constitutional court fell one vote short of the seven needed to impose an outright ban on the ruling party for anti-secular activity yesterday in Ankara.

Instead, the majority voted for financial sanctions on the AKP with treasury funding for the party being withheld.

The case, which was brought by Abdurrahman Yalcinkaya, the chief prosecutor, in March of this year, has led to almost five months of political and economic instability while the country prepared for the seemingly inevitable closure.

Relief and bemusement

The verdict has thus been greeted with a mixture of relief and bemusement.

Yusuf Kanli, a leading commentator and columnist for the Turkish Daily News, said: "It was a surprise ... Personally I was expecting the court to close down AK party."

However, there has been a subtle shift in mood in Ankara over the last few weeks, with many in the halls of power feeling more optimistic that a ban could be avoided.

On July 15, Mark Parris, the former US ambassador to Turkey, argued that the chances for the party's survival had improved, while Yavuz Baydar, a columnist for the conservative Today's Zaman, conceded that: "The last few days I was inclined to believe it was a close call."

Turks of all political affiliations are breathing a sigh of relief, hoping that the verdict draws a line under the political tensions which have come to boiling point over the summer months.

Sedat Laciner, the director of the International Strategic Research Organisation (USAK), said: "If the constitutional court had made the reverse decision, I think the instability in the country would increase too much.

"I think it [the verdict] will ease many problems with the economy, with Turkey's external relations with the European Union and the Middle East and thirdly political problems will be solved more easily."

Political verdict

As many analysts confess, the verdict, like the case itself, was not a legal one but a political one designed to heal the rift between the AKP and secularists who fear that the party and Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the prime minister, are trying to bring Sharia to the country by stealth.

"This is a very strongly worded warning for the AK party.

"Erdogan must be in a very difficult position now because he has to accept that he made errors. Now he has to listen to what opponents say, what secularists say and try to soothe their worries," argues Kanli.

It is clear that, despite the fresh momentum provided for reform by the verdict, many problems remain.

The terrorist attack in Istanbul earlier in the week linked to the Kurdish Workers' Party (PKK), is a strong sign that divisive issues are yet to be addressed.

Many analysts agree that other polarising issues such as the headscarf and the Ergenekon investigation into an alleged ultra-nationalist coup plot led by opposition leaders, members of the military and the judiciary have to be tackled by the AKP.

Baydar argues that although this is "a landmark decision" which demonstrates that the judiciary is willing to take a more liberal approach to party closures, "the same problems of sticking to the Turkish style of secularism", remain.

Secular opposition

While the AKP, and Erdogan in particular, are being urged to adopt a more conciliatory approach, many fear that the secular opposition will continue to foment tension.

Laciner cautions that the main opposition, the Republican People's Party (CHP), may not move on from this verdict.

Denis Baykal, the leader of the CHP, has already reacted to the verdict by arguing that it proves that the AKP are anti-secular and anti-constitutional.

"The weakness in their political position forced these opposition parties to use other tools like the military or the courts," argues Laciner.

"I think the CHP will not change their attitudes. After the verdict we can see that they will try to increase the tension in Turkey. The problem is they have no other tool than the army and the court," he concludes.

With a network of secular forces in opposition to the AKP still in place, Erdogan will have to tread a fine line over the coming months.

Reform agenda

While Hasim Kilic, the leader of the constitutional court, urged parliament to address the issue of constitutional reform to reinforce the democratic structures of the country, it seems unlikely that any major legislation will pass in the near future.

"They will slightly change the constitution I think and make it more difficult to close parties but Turkey needs much bigger and more complicated constitutional changes. However, this will take time," Laciner said.

In the meantime, the AKP will have to build a broader consensus for its reform agenda.

As many observers in Ankara point out, the ball is now firmly in Erdogan's court.

Many analysts see this as a golden opportunity for the prime minister to strengthen Turkey's democracy and build a broad political consensus but if he fails to reach out to his secular opponents the consequences could be severe.

As Kanli warns: "Next time he will have no chance.

"The court served the AK party a very strong warning showing it the yellow card and telling it that the red card is in the upper pocket and can be shown at any moment."
