Demonstrata te paautorizuara para parlamentit spanjoll mund te denojne pjesmarresit me 600.000 euro gjobe under a new Citizen Security bill being introduced by Spain’s ruling rightist Popular Party, local media reported.

--Thyerje te tjera te ligjit jane fotografimi i policeve apo te dhena personale te policeve,
--thyerje te evenimenteve popullore,
--poseidim i paligjshem i drogave,
--shkaterrimi i prones se pergjishme dhe
--konsumimi i alkolit ne rruge

Per deme me te vogla, qytetaret mund te denohen nga 1000 euro deri ne 30.000 euro.

“We’re not looking to punish [people] more, just to reduce the discretionary margin for illicit conduct and not stumble into judicial limbo for ‘new’ acts like the escraches,” Spain’s Huffington Post quoted the Interior Ministry as saying
