Pas fitimit pushtet absolut nė post-Mubarakut zgjedhjeve parlamentare nė Egjipt, islamikėt kane sjellė dy propozimet pėr legjislacionin nė Parlamentine gjiptian, tė cilat janė aktualisht nėn konsideratė:
Sex lamtumire: Lejimi bashkėshortėt tė kenė seks me trupat tė vdekur- te partnerėve tė tyre;
Ligji i ri i propozuar do tė lejojė qė burri dhe gruaja tė kenė seks me kufomėn e bashkėshortit tė tyre tė vdekur pėr deri nė gjashtė orė.
Propozimi i Ligjti te ri islamik ėshtė njė tjetėr lajm i mirė pėr burra tmuslimanė, tė cilin Islami e ka tashmė bekuara rėndė nė departamentin e kėnaqėsisė seksuale duke i lejuar ata qė tė marrin katėr gra, tė pakufizuar gratė mu’ta (gratė e pėrkohshme) dhe seksit skllevėr.
Por kjo nuk ėshtė njė lajm i mirė nė tė gjitha pėr gratė muslimane, tė privuar shumė nė knaqesine seksuale nga Islami. Edhe pse ligji u lejon atyre tė kenė seks me burrin e vdekur, por ajo do tė jetė e padobishme pėr shumicėn dėrrmuese tė grave myslimane, sepse njė njeri i vdekur nuk mund tė ketė mbledhje. Vetėm nė rast tė rrallė tė vdekjes sė njė njeriu, tė tilla si ajo e Profetit Muhamed, kur personi i vdekur nė njė gjendje tė asaj qė quhet “post-mortem pėrhershėm mbledhje”, qė instrument penile i vdekuri mbetet pėrherė i drejtė pas vdekjes. Pėrveē kėtyre rasteve tė rralla, legjislacioni i ri do tė ishte i pa vlerė pėr gratė.

Islamic Agenda in Egyptian Parliament: Legislation of Sex with Dead-Body and Underage Marriage
Saturday, 28 April 2012 05:29 M. A. Khan
After gaining absolute power in the post-Mubarak parliamentary election in Egypt, Islamists brought two proposals for legislation to the Egyptian Parliament, which are currently under consideration:
Farewell Sex: Allowing spouses to have sex with dead-bodies of their partners;
Underage marriage: Lowering the age-limit for marriage to 14 years.
The “Farewell Sex” legislation proposal was based on a May-2011fatwa by Moroccan cleric Zamzami Abdul Bari. According to Zamzami, marriage contract between husband and wife in Islam remains valid even after one of the spouses die, which makes having sex with a Muslim’s dead spouse legal.
The new proposed law would allow the husband and wife to have sex with the corpse of their dead spouse for up to six hours.
The proposed new Islamic law is another good news for the Muslim men, whom Islam has already heavily blessed in the sexual pleasure department by allowing them to take four wives, unlimited mu’ta wives (temporary wives) and sex-slaves.
But it’s not a good news at all for the Muslim women, heavily deprived in sexual gratifications by Islam. Although the law allows them to have sex with the dead husband, but it will be useless for the overwhelming majority of Muslim women, because a dead man cannot have erection. Only in rare instance of a man’s death, such as that of Prophet Muhammad, when the person die in a state of what is called “permanent post-mortem erection”, that the dead person’s penile instrument remains permanently erect after death. Except those rare instances, the new legislation would be of no value to women.
