Ky eshte nje mega projekt...
Nese do te realizohej, atehere do te kishim edhe ne ma cfare te te mburreshim, por fatkeqesishte deri atehere eshte shume heret te flasim...
Per t'u ndertuar kjo ndertese, duhet te pergaditet pak a shume tereni...
Cfare eshte tereni...
Nese kjo ndertese gjigante do te realizohet, atehere sa do te jete Prsihtina si qytet te i perballoje flukseve ndryshuese, duke perfshi qe nga Komunikacioni e gjer tek problemi i rrymes...e sa per te tjerat mos te flasim...
Sidoqofte, vlen te ceket edhe ajo se, investitori i cili vie nga Shkupi(biznesmen shqipetar), ka kerkuar nje shume marramendese per t'u realizu ky objekt, sa qe i bie cdo jave Banka ne fjale te i siguroje nga 5milion Dollare...
A thu cila banke do te i'a siguroje kete shume...
Me ne fund nuk me mbetet tjeter, vetem se te them edhe une qe objekti eshte mire i prezantuar...
