Problem me portat e compjuterit

Kam nje problem qe nuk mund te lidhem me p2p sepse me thote qe jane te bllokuara.Sipas teknikeve jane te bllokuara nga ISP apo kam nai problem te brendshem.

Degjo... si fillim beji nje disable windows firewall. pastaj shiko mos ke antivirusin me firewall edhe kontrollo njehere per ndonje "rule" qe bllokon lidhjet ne ato porta.
Nqs i bere keto te dyja dhe nuk funksionojne...ka shume mundesi ta kete fajin ISP.

Ku je mer koke shteti ku je.Shpresoj te jesh mire,ato i kam bo plako se gjithmone ashtu i le(disable).per punen e fw desha me bo pak reklame per ato legenat(mendova mos ka pas nai njoni te njejtin hall).

Po asaj ISP nuk i bohet gjo plako eee??

Pastaj ristarto kompjuterin dhe karta do njihet.
