Duke thene se origjina e tyre eshte e ndryshme pastaj keta njerez kan derguar dokumentet e tyre ne ambasaden shqiptare per te terhequr njerezite e vete per arsye vizite feste familjare dhe etc. Ne baze te informacionit perkates marre nga disa avokatura Ambasada Shqiptare ne Mbreteri te Madhe dhe ne baze te gazetes albanianmail.co.uk si dhe disa organizatave jo qeveritare ne angli eshte konkluduar se keto raste jane sporadike, dhe qe nuk ka asgje te bej me pastrimin e shqiptareve nga Mbereteria E Bashkuar. Keto raste rezultojne te jene shume sporadike dhe nuk kane si qellim vetem shqiptaret ne Mbereterin e Bashkuar, ligji ne fjale egziston vertet!!!! ky ligji eshte i amenduar ne vitin 2003 ku nder te tjerat thote: Nje dokument duhet vertetuar dhe firmosur edhe deklaruar se kopja dhe informacione jane te vertet. Me poshte do te gjeni kopjen e ketije ligji. Duke Kontaktuar Sheikh & Co eshte konstatuar se avokatura ne fjale nuk ka patur nje raste te till per goranet por nuk eshte komentuar per shqiptaret qe jane klient ne kete Avokature. Ndersa JRJ solicitiors ka konstatuar dy raste nga klientet me origjine shqiptare, por akoma nuk dihet shkaku i ketyre letrave, sepse nuk perjashtohen edhe gjera te tjera ne kete revokim si psh: precedent dhe rekord kriminal/dhune familjare /history vjedhjeje etc.. Por dyshimet bien per shakake te nje ngaterese zenke edhe pospajtimi nga gazetari Muahmed Veliu korrespondent i top channel dhe Z N.Berisha Manager i Albantravel Z Muhamed Veliu i cili Pergenjeshtroi lajmin e amnistis ku nder te tjera u thane se reth 200.000 njerez do te perfitonin nga kjo amnesti, por doli qe burimi i informacionit ishte i pa baze. Perse Top Channel perdor keto lloj dhune psikologjike per shqiptaret, perse Top Channel po zhgenjen popullin perse u informua ashtu sikur te ishte e vertet, Cfare lloj krimi kemi bere ne qe te vuajm pasojat e nje televizioni qe luan me fatet e shqipatreve . Perse Zoteria Artur Zhej nuk ka paraqitur dhe deklaruar tek KONTROLLI I LARTE I SHTETIT pasurit e tija. Cfare lidhje kane pronaret e Top Chanelit me politiken ? Sa te inkriminuar jane ata Cfare Lidjjeje ka Fatos Nano me te larte permendurit dhe cilat jane fytyrat e fshehur qe mundohen te grabellojne cte duan . RENUNCIATION AND DEPRIVATION

Declarations of renunciation8.Any declaration of renunciation of British citizenship, British Overseas citizenship or the status of a British subject shall -

(a)bemade to the appropriate authority specified in regulation 9; and(b) satisfy the requirements of Schedule 5.

Authority towhomdeclaration of renunciation is to be made9.The authority towhoma declaration of renunciation is to be made is as follows:

(a) if thedeclarantis in Great Britain or Northern Ireland, to the Secretary of State at the Home Office;(b) if thedeclarantis in any of the Islands, to the Lieutenant-Governor;(c) if thedeclarantis in a British overseas territory, to the Governor;(d) if thedeclarantis in a country mentioned in Schedule 3 to the Act, to the High Commissioner or, if there is no High Commissioner, to the Secretary of State at the Home Office;(e) if thedeclarantis elsewhere, to any consular officer, any established officer in the Diplomatic Service of Her Majesty's Government in the United Kingdom or any personauthorisedby the Secretary of State in that behalf.

Notice of proposed deprivation of citizenship10.- (1) Where it is proposed to make an order under section 40 of theAct[6]depriving a person of a citizenship status, the notice required by section 40(5) of the Act to be given to that person may be given -

(a) in a case where that person's whereabouts are known, by causing the notice to be delivered to him personally or by sending it to him by post;(b) in a case where that person's whereabouts are not known, by sending it by post in a letter addressed to him at his last known address.

(2) If a notice required by section 40(5) of the Act is given to a person appearing to the Secretary of State or, as appropriate, the Governor or Lieutenant-Governor to represent the person towhomnotice under section 40(5) is intended to be given, it shall be deemed to have been given to that person.(3) A notice required to be given by section 40(5) of the Act shall, unless the contrary is proved, be deemed to have been given -

(a) where the notice is sent by post from and to a place within the United Kingdom, on the second day after it was sent;(b) where the notice is sent by post from or to a place outside the United Kingdom, on the twenty-eighth day after it was sent, and(c) in any other case on the day on which the notice was delivered.

Cancellation of registration of person deprived of citizenship11.Where an order has been made depriving a person who has a citizenship status by virtue of registration (whether under the Act or under the former nationality Acts) of that citizenship status, the name of that person shall be removed from the relevant register.Cancellation of certificate ofnaturalisationin case of deprivation of citizenship12.Where an order has been made depriving a person who has a citizenship status by virtue of the grant of a certificate ofnaturalisation(whether under the Act or under the former nationality Acts) of that citizenship status, the person so deprived or any other person in possession of the relevant certificate ofnaturalisationshall, if required by notice in writing given by the authority by whom the order was made, deliver up the said certificate to such person, and within such time, as may be specified in the notice; and the said certificate shall thereupon be cancelled or amended.

Top Channel eshte nje kanal popullor dhe shikohet nga nje audience e madhe shqiptare. Tani faji i TCH eshte se e pranoi lajmin e Veliut si te vertet. Nje stacion televiziv serioz duhet te kete gazetar profesionalist dhe ky M. Veliu eshte refugjat per vete dhe kerko emer te beje me gafa te tilla.

- Jane zbuluar nje numer rastesh qe tregojne per mashtrime qe mund te jene kryer nga individe qe kane kerkuar azil ne Britani dhe si rrjedhim kane kerkuar nenshtetesi duke genjyer per shtetesine e tyre. Keto raste po hetohen.

- Ne nuk do te tolerojme abuzimin e sistemit tone te emigracionit dhe sa here qe te zbulojme raste abuzimi do te kryejme hetime te hollesishme dhe do te marrim masat e duhura.

- Nese do provohet qe nje individ e ka fituar nenshtetesine britanike 'duke mashtruar, fallsifikuar apo fshehur fakte materiale', per shembull duke u hequr si shtetas i nje vendi tjeter, atehere ligji lejon qe atij t'i hiqet nenshtetesia.

- Ne te njejten menyre, nese nje individ e ka fituar statusin e refugjatit dhe si rrjedhim lejen e qendrimit per ne Britani duke mashtruar, per shembull duke u hequr si shtetas i nje vendi tjeter, atehere eshte e mundur qe atij t'i anullohet ky status refugjati dhe leja e qendrimit.

Lajmi eshte i vertete. Home Office (Ministria e Brendshme Angleze) i ka derguar nje shokut tim nje leter qe i kerkon kthimin e pasaportes per arsye se ai ka genjyer ne aplikimin per azil. Ky ka derguar garanci familjareve te vet disa here dhe pervec kesaj nuk ka bere asnje shkelje serioze te ligjit. Uroj qe Ministria e Brendshme Angleze ta lere kete pune, por qe jane derguar letra qe kerkojne kthimin e pasaportes as qe diskutohet. Se cfare mund te behet askush nuk e di. Mbase nje avokat i zoti, apo zoterimi i ndonje prone mund te ndihmoje, por prape...

Gjithe kjo, "fale" ambasades angleze ne Tirane...nuk kane tjeter pune...sikur te ishim ne "e keqja me e madhe" e ketij shtetit pirat.
