Sulejmani Fuels Chelsea Rumours
Up-and-coming Serbian striker Miralem Sulejmani is looking increasingly likely to be leaving Heerenveen in the summer, with Chelsea believed to have the inside track in the race to secure his signature.


The player's agent Mihael Stankovic acknowledged that his star client has caught the fancy of several clubs, and it was likely no coincidence that he named Chelsea by name.

"Miralem is playing very well and a lot of clubs would like to have him," said Stankovic.

"A lot of clubs have been watching him and I believe Chelsea did watch him at the weekend.

"I believe clubs from Holland, Spain and Germany have all been watching him.

Media reports had suggested that the 19-year-old Serbian international, who has scored 13 goals in this season’s Eredivisie, would possibly be loaned immediately out to PSV as part of the close working agreement between the Eindhoven club and Chelsea. Ajax have also been linked with the Serb youngster, who is currently one of the hottest players in the Dutch top flight.
