    Hartim mbi Iliadėn

Po shkruaj nje hartim mbi Iliaden e Homerit. Tema eshte trupi i njeriut ne Iliade. Ne Iliade vjedhja e armatures nga nje kufome eshte injorim te rende ndaj tij. Masakrimi i trupit eshte poshtersia me e madhe qe mund t'i behej te vdekurit por gjithashtu shihet si vepra qe i sjell shume nder e madhesi masakruesit. Kur Patrokli vdes ne duart e Hektorit, Homeri pershkruan nje beteje te tmerrshme qe Greket me Trojanet bejne per te fituar trupin e Patroklit (Greket duan te djegin e varrosin trupin, Trojanet qe t'a masakrojne). Nje nga pyetjet ku kam ngelur eshte "C'fare simbolizon trupi i mashkullit (ose trupi ne pergjithesi) ne Iliade". Mendimet jane te mirepritura.

Kjo eshte c'fare kam bere gjer tani.

In the Iliad, heroes are given as a unique class between men and gods. Their actions and feats are known and respected by everyone and their clashes are the deciding factors of entire wars. Honor only thrives in such a class. Homer makes it clear by vividly and passionately describing the duels between heroes that in only such events can honor truly be found. Immense importance is given to the heroes’ bodies as their arms majestically tear apart shields and spears, their legs whisk them in and out of fights, and their lips roar the words that inspire by thousands. As seen in the case of the dead Patroklos, the body and its preservation are paramount to the honor of a warrior because it is the proof of their deeds, the trophy of their experience.
The Greeks have a grim view of the afterlife. Even the most just of men spend eternity in the dark underworld. The only- and a melancholic one at that- relief is that once burned, the ghosts of the dead would join their comrades and no longer burden the living. As it is later revealed these ghosts are nothing without the substance that is their bodies. Akhilleus loves Patroklos more than he has ever loved anyone. His unprecedented murderous rage is proof of this. He cautions Patroklos to return from the field as soon as his small chore is done, and he entrusts him with his splendid armor, one of the greatest proofs of might a hero can wield. When the ghost of Patroklos appears before Akhilleus, he sees that the shade cannot be embraced and it is at this moment that deep sorrow fills his heart. Touch is everything to the Greeks; it expresses love and it unleashes hate. Indeed it’s these qualities that distinguish heroes because unlike the wise elders they do not act and speak from their mind but from their heart. Without his body Patroklos is unable to do any of these things and that is the true curse of the dead. The dead hero no longer concerns himself with the ensuing battle. It seems as if his compassion for his friends is lost with his body and the only thing he requests is his burial.
As seen when Homer physically describes the babbling Thersites and the lustful, cowardly Alexandros, the body is the concrete image of one’s achievements and status. Thersites “a blabbing soldier, who had an impudent way with officers, thinking himself amusing to the troops…Bowlegged, with one limping leg, and shoulders rounded above his chest, he had a skull quite conical…”(36) has a deformed and comical body because his ridiculous, featherweight personality is reflected in it. Alexandros is portrayed throughout the poem as a vain, immature young man and Homer highlights these traits by describing his clean white body, his weightless prancing and physical weakness in relation to other heroes. Indeed even his words of constant “reasoning” behind his cowardice float away before they reach the ears of the great Hektor.
Menelaos stands over Patroklos’ body “protective as a heifer who has dropped her first-born calf”(401) because he is defending the man’s honor, his achievements, everything he went through to become what he is. The body is the essence of life because it is only through it that interaction, change and difference come to be. Again, as Aias “stood as a lion will above his cubs when a hunting party comes upon the beast…”(405) it is obvious that the preservation of the body is of paramount importance because it is an awe-inspiring legacy of their life.
Homer magnificently describes every leap, every dodge, every thrust of the towering Aias and he celebrates the wonderful imagery of the body in every hero in the Iliad. With every broken spear he acclaims the strength of it, with every pierced neck and shattered skull he’s thrilled by the frailty of it and with every metamorphosis of the almighty gods he marvels at its perfection. It is great and exciting because it is the incarnation of life, the concreteness of the abstract, and the only medium that allows one life to acknowledge another.

Me ne fund e mora hartimin mbrapsht dhe kisha marre 78%. Nejse nje djale (duket mashkull, flet si femer) kishte marre 100% sepse kishte shkruar qe trupi ne Iliade eshte i pershkruar thjesht si objekt seksual. Jo qe s'me shkoi ne menjde sepse zoti profesor na ka permendur qe luftetaret me te medhenj ne Iliade kishin partnere meshkuj qe "zevendesonin" grate ne kohe lufte, po hajde e shkruaj per te tilla gjera
