jo fobia eshte simptome ne psikologji por ndodh te kete emrin fobi qe ne greqisht dihet qe eshte frika. por perdoret nga te gjithe.

une per vete vuaj nga distikifobia sa er udhetoj (avjon.tren nen/mbi toke,traget,bus,makin te vogel ne tru kam ate ndjenjen e frikes se nga casti do ndodh dicka e keqe.

Edhe une kam te njejtin problem qe nga dita ne dite po vjen e po behet me teper shqetesues per vete dhe per ata qe me rrethojne. Avioneve dhe anijeve po u them lamtumire, por kam filluar te kem frike te tmerrshme edhe ne makine po kaloi shpejtesia me shume se 50 milje ne ore. Zemra me fillon e me dhemb e ndjej nje shtypje ne kraharor. Me vjen me qajt e me ulerit, e ndonjehere ....nuk ia pertoj. Po qe se jemi me shpejtesi te madhe dhe s'ka makina afer, jam OK, por po qe se ka makina anash , ose nderrojme korsite ose parakalojme ....vdes nga frika.

Shume vite me pare kur isha ne Shqiperi i jepja motorit vete Tirane - Durres ( pa skafander ) dhe hic s'me dridhej qerpiku, ndersa tani...

Duhet te shkoj tek psikologu...? Ka ndonjeri ndonje keshille , se jam ne hall te madh !

Merre veht timonin ne dore dhe do te iki frika sic e ke pas bere me perpara Tirane - Durres

Timonin ne dore e kam, por nuk e coj dot shpejtesine me shume se 50 milje per hour , se perndryshe me merren mendt. Kur i kam dhene motorit kam qene 18-20 vjec, atehere kur s'me benin syte drite. Si duket qenka cdo gje me moshe...(lol)

Me shkroi dikush ne privat , nese e kisha seriozisht kete punen e fobise...
Po, po...shume seriozisht e kam. Kete rradhe nuk bej shaka. Madje jam e deshperuar nga kjo qe me ndodh, se kam qelluar tip qe kam qejf me shetit por po kufizoj rruget e gjata lately nga frika.
Oh ...edhe dicka . Kur makines i jep ndonje qe e di qe eshte mjeshter si shofer ( dhe i vjeter ne moshe dhe nuk kthen koken me fol me pasagjeret ) , s'kam frike fare. Fare ...fareeee !
