    Jam duke bere nje studim ne lidhje me Human Resources Managment ne ndermarjen time. Me duhen disa informacione me te bollshme rreth praktikes se HR si dhe menyrave me te reja ne 'Human Capital', 'People Performance and Productivity', and the 'Motivation of People' (in english).

    kam nje liber i cili titullohet Industrial Psychology. Po shkruaj ketu ne anglisht dicka qe kam mesuar nga ky liber:

    The goal of Industrial psych. are to describe, explain, predict, and then alter work behavior. Research methods are important tools, because they provide a systematic means for investigating and changing work behavior.
    the first step in conducting research methods involves the formulation of the problem or issue. Second step is generation of Hypothesis, which are simply statements about the supposed relationships among variables. the third step is choosing a paticular design to guide the actual data. Then the final step is analysis of the research data and the interpretation of the search results. You must alter this to the needs of your company and then you will be able to make a move and actualy acomplish what you have in mind. First understand than, practice.
    In H.R you must consider the following:
    Employee training and development
    Evaluating employee performance
    Comunication in the work place
    leadreship
    Enviromental issues
    Organizational structure, culture, developement
    Motivation.
    Work conditions and work safety

    Motivation:
    Motivation is a force that serves 3 functions, it energizes or causes people to act, it directs behavior toward the attainment of specific goal, and it sustains the effort expanded in reaching those goals.
    Since motivation can not be observed directley, it is very difficult to study, therefore we can only infer motives either by observing goal-directed behavior or by using some psychological measurement technique.

    I suggest that you look "Need theories of Motivation. (need hierarchy theory "Maslow's", ERG theory, McClelland's achievement Motivation theory. Also you might want to consider Need for Achievement, Need for Power, Need for Affiliation.

    you might also want to look into the "Thermatic Apperception Test" TAT, which is a projective test that uses ambiguous pictures to assess psychological motivation.

    Also do not forget to consider Reinforcement Theory such as positive and negative reinforcers. Extrinsic versus intrinsic motivation.

    I'll bring in some methods that have been previously used on some companies but, people behave diffferently, so you must consider what you see everyday before you make a decision.

    Ajo qe une po kerkoja ka te beje me shume me praktiken e kesaj dege. Per teori kam edhe vete shume libra.. por per menyren se si kompani te vecanta vepruan dhe rezultati qe arriten eshte teper e veshtire ta gjesh ne web.. e sidomos falas.

    huggo nuk e paskam hasur ne kete teme deri sot pasi mund te te kisha ndihmuar me ca info qe eshte posacerisht ajo qe ti ke lartpermendur.

    te gjitha ato qe estella apo te tjeret kane permendur jane te verteta ne teori por ama duhet kuptuar qe njerezit kane shume ane per motivation. po marr nje klase ne industrial and organizational psych dhe mund te te jap ca shembuj per perdorimin e teorive ne boten reale. nese je akoma i interesuar dhe jo shume vone me dergo nje mp dhe do te te nis ca info .
