Une nuk kam shume eksperience me ADSL modem por besoj se ata punojne me nje forme PPPoE dhe normalisht duhet te te dali ne ate liste pasi eshte nje paisje rrjeti qe perdor TCP/IP.
Ti provoje ta cinstalosh ADSL modemin te riparosh kompjuterin pastrosh(edhe regjistrin) dhe ta riinstalosh.

modemi ste del ne liste pasi te gjitha paisjet ne liste perdorin ethernet-in(si physical-layer sipas modelit OSI), perderisa modemi sperdor ethernetin ath atij nuk ka pse ti ndryshohet MTU .
Keshtu qe mjafton te ndryshosh parametrat e stack-ut te TCP/IP dmth parametrat e siperm dhe je ne rregull pasi ato jane globale.

Ketu jane nje tufe modifikimesh regjistri vetem per Win XP sp2.Nuk duhet perdoret per windows XP,Xpsp1,win 2000,win 98,win 95.Perpara se te behen modifikimet,mire eshte te krijohet nje kopje rezerve origjinale e regjistrit(backup),ne rast se gjate modifikimit behet ndonje gabim.Ketu eshte nje artikull ne detaje i mikrosoftit qe tregon si te besh nje kopje te regjistrit,qe mund te perdorur ne rast se behen gabime ne regjister dhe si te anullosh ndryshimet e bera gabim dhe rikthesh regjistrin ne gjendjen origjinale.

Shumë përdorues të Windows XP-së mendojnë që ndryshimi apo riemërimi i butonave si dhe menyve tjera tek Windows XP është një ekzekutim i pamundshëm.
Se si të modifikoni butonin “Start” tek Windows XP mund të arrini shumë lehtë dhe pa komplikime nëse ju përmbaheni këtyre hapave më poshtë:

1. Së pari kopjoni dhe siguroni një kopje të Explorer.exe që gjendet tek Skedari C:\Windows. Riemëroni Explorer.exe psh: në Explorer origjinal.exe.

2. Shkarkoni ResourceHacker i cili do të ju shërben për riemërimin apo përshtatjen e “Start” butonit si dhe të tërë “Menysë Startuese”. Ky tool është i lirë që mund të ndryshoni, riemëroni, insertoni, asgjësoni si dhe zbërtheni resurset në 32bit të Windows dhe funksion për këto Sisteme Operuese: Win95, Win98, WinME, WinNT, Win2000 and WinXP. ResourceHacker apo tolt të ngjashëm mund të gjeni në makinat kërkuese apo në këtë ueb-faqe: [URL="http://www.angusj.com/resourcehacker/"]

3. Pas instalimit të ResourceHacker për të ndryshuar apo përshtatën “Start” butonin hapni Explorer.exe dhe gjeni String Table ku plasohet “Start” butoni.
Gjeni Skedarin 37 dhe klikoni tek 1031. Në dritaren e djathtë gjeni vlerën 578, “Start” ku mundeni tash këtë tekst të riemëroni me një emër tuaj të pëlqyer dhe shtypni Compile Script për tu ekzekutuar urdhri juaji.
Me rëndësi është që këto ndryshime ti ruani psh: si Explorer1.exe.

4. Ri startoni PC tuaj në modusin e siguruar me F8 (Safe Mode-Abgesicherter Modus) si Administrator. Tani duhet të kopjoni Skedën që më parë keni përpunuar: Hapni Command Prompt-Eingabeaufforderung dhe jepni këtë urdhër: copy c:\windows\explorer1.exe to c:\windows\explorer.exe dhe përgjigjuni me PO (yes-ja). (Një variant tjetër është nëse përpunoni vlerën Shell në Registry që gjendet tek: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon. Dopëll klikoni tek vlera Shell dhe ndryshoni vlerën Explorer.exe në (rastin) tonë Explorer1.exe)

5. Ri startoni PC tuaj ku tani do të keni “Start” butonin si dhe menynë startuese të përshtatën nga ju, nëse ju keni përmbajtur këtyre hapave përshkrues si më lartë.

Une per shembull me i miri per mua deri tani eshte Tune Up 2006. Me ane te atij mund te ndryshosh madhesine e ikonave, formen, gjithashtu mund te ndryshosh boot screen- in. Per mua eshte me i miri mes te gjithe te keqinjeve. Une u be nje kohe e gjate qe nuk i perdor me.
