And the f-22 raptor can only be seen by the americans and the british...its the radar thats the key-point you see when they build radars they build them at a certain level of quality edhe prandaj kan numra edhe seri radaret jo per gje tjeter...its all about wawelength and frequancy

exmple the B2 bomber is a stealth bomber and cant be seen on radar by the iraqis or the french or the greeks bacuse there radar is not build with the wright wawelength and the wright frequancy so that the signals bounce back

example aeroplan normal which can bee seen,
