Këshilltari i Samaras kërcënon me Ligjin e Luftës

Politikani grek, Failos Kranidiotis, njëherësh edhe këshilltar i kryeministrit Samaras për minoritetin grek në Shqipëri, në një intervistë për websitin “Aftonomi” ka deklaruar se, ‘nëse shovinistët shqiptarë kërcënojnë ‘vorioepirotët’, Greqia do të reagojë ashpër”. Këshilltari arrin deri atje sa na kujton ligjin e grek të luftes me Shqipërinë. Ai shtoi gjithashtu se Berisha nuk duhet të harrojë se shqiptarët kanë jetuar nën ‘sqetullën’ e Greqisë”. Failos Kranidiotis foli për çështjen e Vorio Epirit, ndalimin e pensioneve OGA për emigrantët e moshuar, gjendjen e arsimit në pjesën veriore të Epirit, të drejtat e minoritetit etnik grek, por edhe për retorikën nacionaliste të përdorur së fundmi nga disa politikanë shqiptarë.

Dydrinas , te paska mbetur ora ne 1914-ten ! Ne vertet gjate ketyre 25 vjeteve jemi kthyer shume mbrapa , por jemi akoma ne 1924-tren , kur shqiptaret shporren satrapin !
Ishalla nuk eshte e thene te shkojme akoma me mbrapa deri ne 1914 -ten . Por perpara saj kemi 1920 -ten . Duhet me pare te kthehemi atje ne 1920-ten , kur diskutoheshin kufijte e Shqiperise , kur u be Kongresi i Lushnjes dhe lebrit hodhen italiannet ne det , pastaj te shkojme ne 1914-ten !

Shpresoj qe te mos ndodhe ! Por me keta antishqiptare qe ka patur deri tani ne krye Shqiperia , shqiptaret cdo gje mund te presin ! Esat Sali Berish Pasha duhet te kete fundin e tij te merituar ! Nuk e di sa i forte do te jete shteti shqiptar qe te arrije ta denoje tradhetine ! Pa shqiptaret dihet qe i bejne gjerat , por kur iu kercen gjaku ne koke ! Jane nevrike te pandreqshem ! Prandaj e duam shtetin e shqiptareve (po te shqiptareve ama) , qe nervozizmi te mos jete pjese e vendimarrjes , por ceshtjet e medha te shkojne perpara me plan dhe ne menyre sistematike !

...The following story, narrated to the author of this book – let by H. Bolo, a citizen of Boston, and a distinguished leader in the Epirotic Revolution of 1914, is perhaps the most potent evidence of the soundness of the contention that that portion of Northern Epirus which speaks
Albanian, besides Greek, was forced to alter its national language, in order to propitiate the furious savagery of the Albanian invaders. Mr. Bolo told the author one day in his youth he was sent by his parents to carry sheep from Argyrocastron to Jannina.
"It was very necessary," he said, "that I learn Albanian, because, if I did not know Albanian, The Albanians would have recognized me as a Christian and as a Greek, and would have stolen my sheep, and even killed me and my attendants...
But I had to do even more than that. I had to wear the head-gear of the Albanians.

... In every town and village throughout Epirus a branch of the Epirote volunteer force, known as the Sacred Legion, has been formed, numbers varying locally according to the population. I do not exactly know the total strength of this force, but I should put it down as over 40,000 men at this moment, with numbers daily increasing.
The Sacred Legion of North Epirus is a levée en masse of the whole countryside. I have seen boys of fourteen and fifteen standing in the ranks with men of fifty and sixty. The priest of the village is always present whenever there is a parade of the volunteers.
The Greek Orthodox Church is a church militant, and its priests are as good fighters as any of the lay members of the Sacred Legion ...
