Sigurisht qe konsumatorit qe paguan faturen e ujit, nuk i duhet fare se cfare ben ujesjellesi, ai thjesht do uje. Eshte jsjellsi qe duhet te siguroje energjine dhe cdo gje tjeter per ti cuar ujin konsumatorit.
Nese une jam nje klient i CEZ qe paguaj rregullisht faturen time te korentit nuk do me vinte aspak mire qe klientet e tjere nuk paguajne dhe vazhdojnete furnizohen me korent. S'do paguaja as une dhe do kerkoja mos te me pritej korenti por te isha thjesht debitor ndaj CEZ.
CEZ Activates EUR60 Million World Bank Guarantee for Albanian Operations
Czech power utility CEZ AS (BAACEZ.PR) said Tuesday it has launched legal steps to activate a 60 million euro ($76.8 million) guarantee issued by the World Bank for its power-distribution operations in Albania.
Earlier this month, CEZ, which operates across eastern and central Europe, said it would likely exit from Albania having already piled up $189 million in operating losses this year from unpaid power bills in the Balkan nation.
The spat between CEZ Shperndarje--the Czech utility's Albanian power distribution unit--and the Balkan country's government escalated late last week when CEZ temporarily cut off electricity supplies to Albania's state-owned water works and public schools due to unpaid bills.
CEZ received its guarantee from the World Bank, already active in this the poorest nation in Europe, as an incentive to take over Albania's OSSH power distributor in 2009.
"We've raised our demand against Albania for the compensation of our losses, which are covered by the guarantee of the World Bank," said Tomas Pleskac, the head of CEZ's foreign distribution operations.
CEZ and the Albanian government now have 60 days to reach a settlement or the World Bank guarantee will become payable, Mr. Pleskac said.
Albanian government officials couldn't immediately be reached to comment.
The Czech power company, which has faced problems with unpaid power bills in its other markets across the region, has said that the issue in Albania was too widespread, undermining its entire business there.
Albania accounts for a tiny fraction of CEZ's consolidated revenue, totaling $2.38 billion in the three months through the end of September. However, CEZ's situation in this Balkan market escalated further earlier Tuesday when the Albanian state-run energy regulator launched a formal process to revoke the Albanian business license of CEZ Shperndarje, effectively ending the existence of the CEZ unit.
"The situation has become very tense," Mr. Pleskac said, adding that CEZ would protect its investments by launching international arbitrage against Albania if its business license was revoked by the government.

Nuk dua të ndalem tek debati me CEZ-in, por siç e dini, problemi thelbësor me elektricitetin këtu është se gjysma e popullsisë paguan për elektricitetin, kjo përfshirë edhe agjencitë qeveritare. Dhe nëse vetëm 50 për qind e popullsisë paguan për elektricitetin kjo nuk vlen, nuk është një sistem i qëndrueshëm, dhe nuk mund të besh biznes”, tha Arvizu.
