Randall William „Randy“ Rhoads ( 6.12.1956 - 19.03.1982) ishte nje Rock , ma mire me than Heavy Metal gitarist i cili luajti gitaren per grupet Quiet Riot edhe Ozzy Osbourne. Permes Ozzy Osburn e fitoi popullaritetin internacional edhe qysh nga koha e Ozzy-t i ka influencu shum gitarista , ne Heavy Metal edhe Neo-Classical Metal si gitaristat Alexi Laiho, Buckethead, Dimebag Darrell, Paul Gilbert, Yngwie Malmsteen edhe Zakk Wylde.
