Me megun s'ke rene ne dashuri se ishte e bukur, por per personalitetin qe shfaq gjate aktrimit, pra te ka pelqyer shume si tip. Edhe mua po ashtu, edhe pse jam femer.

Tani problemi eshte qe edhe Megu eshte amerikane, sheh po te njejtin show, e nje here ne muaj ha po te njejtin ushqim qe ka postuar freebyrd-i. Por kjo s'e ben Megun Lopë!
Pra, kush do me u duk si lope han rregullisht si lopet e me lopet.

Une kur shkoj ne Shqiperi pa tre kile teper nuk kthehem. Vij ne Usa, humb kater. Tre te ushqimit dhe nje te pikellimit.

Opo mire bere qe me drag-e atje ku deshe ( ), mirepo kjo sdo te thote qe une i paskam rras te gjithe ameriqanet ne nje thes .
Sigurisht qe njerezit sa po vijne e po behen koshent te asaj qe fusin ne bark, mirepo ameriqa prapeseprape esht prodhuesja me e madhe e industrise se junk-food, e per kete arsye meritojne,jo vetem te etikohen, por edhe te paragjykohen e demaskohen.

E vertet ajo qe the per meg ryan. Me ka pelqyer me shume aktrimi,karakteri dhe ajo pershtypja of an innocent girl qe te linte. Mirepo sduhet te mohohet edhe fakti qe ishte shume cute back in the days, edhe tani qe e ka humb ate gje, sikur si shkon edhe aktrimi ne syte e mij.

Mbase i pelqeja me shume ftyren,afterall........who knows .

What did u cook today, FreeByrd?

Sunday lunch was an all vegetable affair at my sister's house. Everybody pitched in to cook. My assignment was the Butter beans and fried green tomatoes. All vegetables were fresh from local markets.

Butter Beans (also known as Lima Beans)
Butter beans go in the pan. Fill with water until about an inch over beans. add 1.5 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a teaspoon of garlic powder and a Bay Leaf. Cook slowly until almost done. Add tablespoon of butter. Add sea salt and pepper

Fried Green Tomatoes
Slice thin pieces of green tomatoes.
Combine yellow cornmeal, about 2 tablespoons of flour, garlic powder and Mrs Dash blend
Dip green tomato slices into buttermilk
Mix coated tomato slices with yellow cornmeal mixture
Fry tomato slices in peanut oil

So we had new potatoes (small potatoes), squash fried with olive oil and Vidalia onions, purple hull peas, Butter beans, fried green tomatoes with buttermilk cornbread muffins and sweet iced tea.

Dessert - Strawberry shortcake with whip cream topping

That's how we roll in the South in the summertime.

Drekë e diela ishte një çështje e të gjithë perimeve në shtëpinë e motrës sime. Të gjithë ngritën kampin e tyre në të gatuaj. Detyra ime ishte Gjalpë fasule dhe domate të skuqura gjelbër. Të gjitha perimet janë të freskëta nga tregjet lokale.

Fasule gjalpë shkojnë në tigan. Mbushur me ujë deri në rreth një inç mbi fasule. shtoni 1,5 lugë vaj ekstra i virgjër ulliri, një lugë çaji pluhur hudhër dhe një fletë gji. Cook ngadalë derisa të bëhet gati. Shto lugë gjelle gjalpë. Shtoni kripë deti dhe piper

Domate skuqur gjelbër
Fetë copa hollë e domate jeshile.
Kombinoje cornmeal verdhë, rreth 2 lugë miell, pluhur hudhër dhe Znj përzierje Dash
Dip feta domate jeshile në dhallë
Mix feta domate të veshura me përzierje cornmeal verdhë
Feta domate të skuqura në vaj badiava

Pra, ne kishim patate të reja (patate të vogla), kungull skuqur me vaj ulliri dhe qepë Vidalia, bizele, fasule purpurtë zhvesh gjalpë, domate të skuqura gjelbër me cornbread muffins dhallë dhe çaj të ëmbël ftohtë.
