I enjoy seeing folk art kept alive. I wonder sometimes if the Canon of Lek and the old tribes like the Mirdite and Hoti still exist.

If you like parodies then you'll have to check out "Lazy Sunday" from Saturday Night Live. The SNL skit was really a mega hit when it came out. It's about two nerds going hip hop about finding a way to the movies to see "The Chronicles of Narnia"

Skeē SNL ishte me tė vėrtetė njė mega hit kur ajo doli jashtė. Ėshtė pėr tė dy nerds hip hop do tė tė gjejnė njė mėnyrė pėr tė shikuar filma "Chronicles of Narnia"

    Happy Saint Patrick's Day !!

This is the special day we celebrate all things Irish, one of the celebrated ethnic groups that have made their mark in this country. I don't know how they did it but the Irish brought us this religious holiday to celebrate a Catholic Saint but in reality the celebration is purely secular with marching parades and heavy drinking in the pubs. This is the day you "wear the green" to show solidarity with our Irish neighbors. The color green is derived from the shamrock used to explain the Trinity to the pagan Irish tribes.

Perhaps you can identify with our Celtic friends. They had their own Ottoman Turkish Empire that occupied and tried to rule over them for centuries, the British. Because of extreme poverty and political dissent they had their own particular diaspora around the world. The Irish people feel their national boundaries were made because of political decisions they do not agree with. Albanians know how that feels.

Ndoshta ju mund tė identifikohen me miqtė tanė Celtic. Ata kishin vetė Perandoria Osmane e tyre turq, tė cilėt pushtuan dhe u pėrpoqėn pėr tė sunduar mbi ta pėr shekuj me radhė, britanik. Pėr shkak tė varfėrisė sė skajshme dhe mospajtim politik ata kishin vetė diaspora e tyre tė veēanta rreth botės. Populli irlandez tė ndjehen tė kufijve tė tyre kombėtare janė bėrė pėr shkak tė vendimeve politike ata nuk pajtohen me tė. Shqiptarėt e di se si ndjehet.

I think Aldi-Aldo would rather "rap" than translate.

    "sand niggers"
    lol
You sound like some of my Italian friends.

Yea, I like different genres too. Tennessee has folk music - bluegrass. It's not what you would call cool but I like it because its roots go back to our frontier days.

basically she (deadh) came to say hi
and then she said you would do the same thing if death had a thread like this...since Americans are not scared of death

I like some American country songs
