- Disa lloj djathrash (goat cheeses dhe nga ato djathrat me fruta brenda lol si raspberry, dill, nuts, etj...etj...se kush i mban mend)
- Vegetable tray me homemade dipping sauce
- Panetini with artichoke tapenade
- Spicy salted roasted nuts (roasted ne furren time kuptohet lol)

Main Course:

- Prime Rib Roast
- Deep fried shrimp (20 lbs) with different coatings (egg only, pancake batter, coconut, dhe creole)
- Pasta with shrimp sauce (family recipe)

- Parmesan bread sticks (te bera vete) dhe kuptohet disa lloj sallatrash, marinated broccoli, etj.

Deserts:

- Different kinds of home-baked cookies
- Homemade cherry and apple pie
- Homemade fudge (plain and with nuts)
- Panettone Eggnog bread pudding
- dhe perpara expresso-s Banana Fosters.

Sa per alkol, s'po e filloj listen fare.
