Po, isha kete vit dhe mesa vura re, ende perdorej makina. Gjithashtu, u rikujtova qe transporti publik nuk eshte ai i Tiranes. Nje pjese e mire e atyre qe keni shkruar, qendrojne, dhe qe te zgjidhen keto probleme duhen zgjeruar rruget, duhen vene gjoba dhe te zbatohen, duhet sinjalistika dhe nje plan qarkullimi, duhen ndertuar parkime, duhet zgjeruar transporti publik etj por nuk kane lidhje me cmimin e parkimit dhe as nuk i zgjidh nje cmim i larte i parkimit ne rruge.

Qendrojne te gjitha, perfshi dhe cmimi i parkimit. Hiq zgjerimin e rruegeve qe nuk kane ku shkojne. Se u be nami kur u zgjeruan cik para ca vitesh se po prisheshin kolibe per zgjerim rruge.

Ku do shkojne paret e parkimit? Pse me verte ky qenka problemi me i madh per bashkine e Tiranes? Se u vodhen disa mijera euro dhe u be nami? Aty nuk dihet ku shkon gjithe buxheti, ndersa ju keni hallin e lekeve te parkimit. Leket e parkimit do ikin per dreka e darka te pushtetareve, se me shume se aq nuk kane ca bejne me ato leke.

Paradite ne mes te NYC nuk ka fare. Nuk lejohet te parkosh deri ne 6-7 mbasdite. Nuk behet llaf a gjen apo jo, thjesht nuk ka parkim ne rruge ne mes te NYC.

Dhe per Tiranen sic thashe duhet ta bejn me 100 lek, por jo per gjithe diten. Ta bejne njesoj, deri ne 6-7 mbasdite. Sigurisht qe do kete njerez qe parkojne edhe me 100 lek, edhe me 200 edhe me 500 biles, por do jene shume me pak dhe ai qe e merr makinen kot dhe e le aty 10 ore, nuk do e marri me. Ose do behen 2-3 shok bashk e do marrin nje makine dhe e paguajn bashk parkimin.

Tirana me verte nuk ka transportin qe ka NYC, por ama shumica mund te ecin per ne pune dhe nuk kane nevj fare per transport publik. Une per vete kur isha ecja kudo per gjera te brenda Tiranes. Mora vetem autobuz 1-2 here dhe taksi asnjehere.

Sa per te ardhura per bashkine mos ja fusni kot se sa lek do nxjerri bashkia nga ato parkime? Aq lek i fut Rama nga xhepi vet ne buxhet po te doj, se nxjerr 10fish me nje shitje leje ndertimi.

Po sikur ma ke marre nga goja o Qyfyre! Fiks keshtu mendoj dhe une. Sa per paret e parkimit, sikur ti perdorin po per trafikun do ishte shume mire, po edhe po si perdoren, boll qe te na lirohet pak qarkullimi i makinave me keto taksa, se vdiqem!

Nuk ke pare mire me duket Shigjeta, ose nuk ke qene here tjeter me perpara qe ta kuptosh ndryshimin.

Vertet qe autobuzet e Italise mund te jene me te mire, po vetem kaq. Shume qytete dhe atje nuk kane as tram as metro dhe ne rregull funksionojne me ndalim qarkullimi ne qender dhe cmime te larta parkimi.

Ku do zgjerohen me rruget mi Shigjeta, apo duke prish pallatet e banimit, apo duke i be trotuaret nga gjys metri qe te ecin mileti varg sikur po i ngjiten malit?

Ne Rome, ka vende qe nuk lejohet parkimi, keshtu ka qene dhe ishte. Per transportin publik, nuk behet fjale vetem per autobusa me te mire, por orare me te shpeshta, shtrirje me te madhe, mjete te tjera transporti pervec autobusave (sic i ke permendur) etj. Duke qene qe je ne Itali, sa kushton parkimi ne rruge ne Rome, aty ku lejohet? (se per kete eshte edhe diskutimi)

Nuk po behet fjale per qytete te vogla, por per kryeqytetin, mgjs po krahasojme Romen me Tiranen.

Per zgjerim rrugesh, kisha parasysh unaze te re qe te uli fluksin e trafikut ne qender.

Mgjth nese Rama do marr voten e njerezve qe iu duhet ta paguajne koston e ketij parkimi, sa ne Amerike, mire e ben

Ndonje qe te analizoje thjeshtrafikun,makinat,shoferat,rruget,policin,tabelat,se maforet,vendet e perkimit...etj etj....Nuk ka?
Krahasimet me qytetet e tjera,popujt e tjere,shumat e lekeve etj etj....Mendoj se nuk kane rendesi.

Ne Rome, ka vende qe nuk lejohet parkimi, keshtu ka qene dhe ishte. Per transportin publik, nuk behet fjale vetem per autobusa me te mire, por orare me te shpeshta, shtrirje me te madhe, mjete te tjera transporti pervec autobusave (sic i ke permendur) etj. Duke qene qe je ne Itali, sa kushton parkimi ne rruge ne Rome, aty ku lejohet? (se per kete eshte edhe diskutimi) Nuk po behet fjale per qytete te vogla, por per kryeqytetin, mgjs po krahasojme Romen me Tiranen. Per zgjerim rrugesh, kisha parasysh unaze te re qe te uli fluksin e trafikut ne qender.

Ehu si flet ti Shigjeta, edhe duket qe nuk merr vesh, edhe vazhdon kembengul. Dhe ne Rome po pate qene duket se i ke hyp kembeve, se ndryshe do e dije sa veshtire eshte me ec me makine e sa shtrenjte eshte me parku atje. Nuk po ta them per inat, une jam shume pro ecjes ne kembe, po per te tregu se je e painformuar mire.

Me poshte ke nje website qe flet per parkimin ne Rome. Qe mos te fillojme te flasim per qytete akoma me te perparuara si Amsterdami pastaj! po marrim shembull vec Italine qe fundja eshte korrupsion i gjalle dhe prape ka bere hapa ne kete drejtim. Dhe ne Rome fundja fundit mund te te te duhet makina se eshte qytet i madh, mbi 3 milion banore.

Kurse ne Tirane vetem nje pakice i duhet vertet makina, flas per ata me femije te vegjel, ata me te moshuar, e ata qe nuk ecin dot. Ne realitet makinen e perdorin me shume burrat ne lule te moshes qe kane boll pare per parkim.

Firstly, the historic centre is heavily restricted with cameras at most point of entry and in some parts traffic police preventing those who are want to enter regardless of the fine. For non-residents without a pass on their car windscreen there is a fine of around Euro 60 if you drive into the centre, then once you get into the centre there is no parking available and if you do park without a permit you will likely be fined, wheel blocked or towed away... not a pretty picture! As a resident of the Spanish Steps area I didn't even bother to own a car for three years until I secured one of the rarely available extortionately expensive private car spaces available as my rental car had been towed, blocked and fined a multitude of times. If you still want to go ahead and keep that rental car there are several solutions. One is parking in one of the covered car parks below, and leaving your car there for the duration of your stay. Another is to choose one of our apartments that are just outside of the restricted zone in "Other Areas" or in "Aventino", which means you can legally park... but !! finding a park is never easy and you will still need to purchase hourly parking tickets from a machine or at the Tabacchi which will cost you around Euro 20 per day... so there you have the realities of keeping your car during your stay so you can make an informed decision in regards to whether it's worth keeping your car or not.
