Definition of Shqiptar (Characteristics): A people with the highest percentage of leaders per capita in Europe. Extremely competitive, living (pushed or chose to in order to) in a crowded land with limited resources, tendency to reject others leadership, never ever unified under one leadership, throughout all recorded history.
Highest group split tendencies in Europe, arguably in the World.
Abhorred for their diversity at times (unconformity and toleration for each others differences and belief systems which normally have been bordering pragmaticist and at other times idealistic), and at other times accepted as a result of their usefulness! Normally this has translated into positions of power! Look from Arnauts to Vezirs, or from Barbarians to Emperors (Popes) of Rome!
Bottle neck in time of Communism and after explosion, disliked for their numbers and disregard for the law, which brought about their social collapse as understood at the time. In the present moment very few successful Shqiptars in the world, though if you look at other times of migration, much smaller in size, you can see many artists and succesfull people, starting from writers who kept their typical patern of Charisma, Antonio Gramschi (Second generation), actors John and James Bellushi (s.g), Gjon Milli photographer and so on with mathematicians and Nobel prize winners in physics (Second Generation). The charisma in leadership has been noted in women as well. Motehr teresa, lalala!
Social structure were much easier for them to integrate, though they lacked in skills and education. Today the education of the young generation is of high quality. Sad to see the past being better then the future! Second generation might bring more successful Albanians in the west. This is closely related to the effect of the media and the crowd like behaviour of running away and the fear factor as well as punishment at first for disregarding the rules! The other bottle neck is related to some changes, we shall look into later.
It is understood that this generation of Albanians will plant the seed for successful ones to come in the next generation and also act as leaders and mentors for the second wave of migration expected after 2014.
