I don't know about documentary but to make a Scanderbeg movie as in Hollywood style is extremely expensive, much like Troy or Braveheart.
I know a guy of albanian descent in california who is a director and he had a plan once to make a movie about Scanderbeg. Although he got Mel Gibson to agree to produce the movie, he (Mel) wanted to change the subject around, making it a lot more about Christianity and also change the love life of Scanderbeg, which led to disagreement and since there haven't been any more attempts.
I really do hope that someday they make a good movie about him though.
