Fakti qe cdo gje u be e fshehte dhe u mohua ne fillim, tregon qe ka dicka per te fshehur. Une e kam ndjekur kete gje se jetoja ne Shqiperi ne ate kohe. Qeveria mohonte ekzistencen e cdo lloj bisedimi dhe te kesaj gjeje, derisa Athina e nxorri bllof e atehere njerezit u revoltuan.

Nese gjithcka qenka ne rregull, pse duhet te behet e fshehte e te mohohet? Ketej ne BE te gjitha shtetet i bejne marreveshjet e hapura, dhe ne prani te mediave. Apo harrova, Shqiperia e Greqia jane shtete te mesjetes, nuk jane Evropiane.

Decree No. 4650, as amended by Decree No. 7366, dated 9 March 1990,
on the State Border of the People's Socialist Republic of Albania(1)

In conformity with Article 78 of the Constitution;

On the proposal of the Council of Ministers;

The Presidium of the People's Assembly of the People's Socialist Republic of Albania

decided:


Article 1

The first paragraph, article 4, of Decree No. 4650, dated 9 March 1970, should be modified as follows:
"The territorial waters of the People's Socialist Republic of Albania are extended along the entire coastline over a width of 12 nautical miles (22,224 m), beginning with the basic straight line running from Rodon Cape (Muzhli), Palla Cape, Lagji Cape (Turra Castle), Seman Cape, the Josa river estuary, the north-eastern shore of Sazan Island, Gjuheza and Grama Gulf Cape, then between the
Albanian shore and the Greek islands up to the middle of the Corfu Channel. The width of the territorial waters from the Buna river
estuary to the Rodon Cape is extended up to the Albanian-Yugoslav border line."


Article 2

This decree enters into force 15 days following its publication in the Official Newspaper.

Abstract:
The Decree establishes the maritime boundary of Albania.
This Decree consists in amended articles 1 and 4 of Decree No. 4650 of 9 March 1970 regulating the boundary of the People's Republic of Albania. It extends the territorial waters of Albania to the width of 15 nautical miles or up to the Albania-Yugoslavia State boundary line (art. 1). Internal waters are the waters which lie within the straight baseline drawn to measure the territorial sea. It then delimits the territorial waters (art. 4).

Nuk ka pasur një marëveshje sepse palët nuk kanë rënë asnjëher dakort me njëra tjetrën.
Për këtë arsye është caktuar nga të tjerët vija e mesit që ndan dy brigjet dhe palët (Shqipëria dhe Greqia) deri dje atë kufi kanë ruajtur.

Komenti im eshte se kufiri duhet te qendroje ashtu sic ka qene. Nuk kemi nevoje te nderrojme kufi pasi mire e kemi. Qeveria e Saliut (sepse asnjehere nuk ka thene qe eshte qeveria shqiptare por gjithmone "qeveria ime") ka dhene deri tani 100 versione kontradiktore me versionet e veta qe jepte nje dite me pare. Prandaj nuk mund t'i besojme ne kete ceshtje. Sa per Greqine, nuk ka nevoje te flasim shume fjale....

P.S. ky koment ka lidhje me temen. E di qe do ta fshish, por prape do ta postoj.

Ore kam nja dy pyetje une, si demokrat e anti komunist qe jam.

-A ka folur Gjykata Kushtetuese njehere per kete marreveshje? A u mor nje vendim nga kjo gjykate, me 9 vota te cilat hedhin poshte kete marreveshje dhe ku eshte dhene edhe nje shpjegim i stergjatur per arsyet e anullimit te kesaj marreveshje?

-A e parashikon ndonje nen i Kushtetutes se Republikes se Shqiperise kthimin e vendimit te Gjykates Kushtetuese?

-Nese ngrihen grupe pune apo ku di une cfare emri tjeter mund t'i vene, m'bi c'baza punojne apo negociojne?

-Demokracite i perulen gjykatave apo dalin mbi gjykatat?
