You guys don't get it. I know the law in Ohio and OHIO defines rape as follows (this is the statute folks):
2907.02 Rape.
(A)(1) No person shall engage in sexual conduct with another who is not the spouse of the offender or who is the spouse of the offender but is living separate and apart from the offender, when any of the following applies:

(a) For the purpose of preventing resistance, the offender substantially impairs the other person's judgment or control by administering any drug, intoxicant, or controlled substance to the other person surreptitiously or by force, threat of force, or deception.

(b) The other person is less than thirteen years of age, whether or not the offender knows the age of the other person.

(c) The other person's ability to resist or consent is substantially impaired because of a mental or physical condition or because of advanced age, and the offender knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the other person's ability to resist or consent is substantially impaired because of a mental or physical condition or because of advanced age.



Hence in situations where someone is not married to someone else it would be rape. If you are the spouse IT IS ALLOWED. In the United States. In Ohio. That is the law. And they have been known NOT to prosecute spouses due to this section even though it would have been rape.

Yet we criticize the Afghani people for their laws. Time for us to clean up our own laws

Sinqerisht nuk te kuptoj une ty. Te kam ofenduar gje ty une apo fene tende? Ketu flitet per nje arab dhe kritikohet nje ligj qesharak qe na qenka ne vendin e tij.
Ku e shikon ofendimin ti? Mos ke ndermend te dalesh ne mbrojtje te gjithe arabeve vetem e vetem se jane musliman, dhe s'ka rendesi se cfare njerezish jane?
Une shaj te gjithe ata qe e bejne veten per tu share pa dallim feje. Nuk kam faj une qe andej nga Arabia i kane cik me shumice budalliqet.
Nese ti e mban veten per ''arab'', dhe jo per nje Shqiptar musliman, atehere me fal qe te paskam ofenduar.
Me habit fakti qe nje besimtar e humb toruan aq shume, sidomos ndaj nje femre.
