Në tetor të vitit 2002 , Sarah McLachlan ishte pjesëmarrëse në koncertin bamirës The BC Cancer Foundation Benefit Concert.
Në koncert ishin pjesëmarrës edhe disa prej artistëve më të shkëlqyer muzikorë në Kanada : Bryan Adams, Jann Arden, Barenaked Ladies,
dhe Chantal Kreviazuk.
Koncerti ishte i sukssesshëm dhe arriti që të grumbulloj $1.5 milion në luftën kundër sëmundjes së kancerit.

"Cancer affects all of us so deeply, so personally.
No one has been untouched by this horrible disease. It cuts through gender and age, striking us wherever we live. I hope the community will support us in making the dream of building a leading-edge cancer research facility in Vancouver a reality. By supporting cancer research, we can come one step closer to stopping this devastating disease."

Sara, mua personalisht me duket kengetare krye-plehre, por fatkeqesisht gjysma-tjeter e ka shume fiksim, keshtu qe e degjoj shpesh. E vetemja kenge qe me pelqen eshte kjo SILENCE. Gjate koncertit ULTRA 2004 ne Miami, kjo ishte ri-perpunuar nga DJ-Tiesto qe luante live, dhe krijoi nje atmosfere shume te bukur ne amfiteater. Per mua eshte e vetmja kenge qe mund te shtyhet poshte me pak "djath" kur eshte bere re-mix mire.
