UNMIKSTAN a country which will not give up
Real problems of Kosovo are battalions of UN incompetent officers, people who never lived better and never worked less

UNMIKSTAN is the name of a place some internationals are working and living. Some of them never lived better, never earned more, never had such holidays, and never worked less, like during the stay in UNMIKSTAN.
UNMIKSTAN, this is the place, where international class of 45 countries erected their tends. UNMIKSTAN is a place, which UN representatives dont want to hand-over gladly so sun.
This place in the school Atlas is called Kosovo.
When Ghana dictates Kaēanik
Within the main representatives of UNMIKSTAN a valuable rule is: Kosovo Albanians can not be trusted, their fingers should be slapped. The discussion about the hand-over of responsibilities is blocked up!
If in 1945 until 1949 an UNMIG UN Mission in Germany, would establish we would remain under UN.
But for the terrible fortune UNMIKSTAN officials took responsibility to reorganise the economy in Kosovo. And its well known that they can not finish it . They scratch the Electro-economy system in such a scale, so far even a private entrepreneur wouldnt accept it as it is.
Put them all insight in order that Kosovo image become as exotic and intercontinental as possible. Since long time, coloured police officers from India with blue uniforms and black beards plus with Turbans, are in front of Grand Hotel in Prishtina. Today everybody is laughing with Indian police officers caring heavy arms. Why? Nobody knows? In the Airports lobby seven police officers from Turkey, Sweden, India, and Philippine are controlling passports. With one move of a finger these police officers are arranging order. A man from Ghana (Katiri) is nominated as Administrator of Kaēanik. Is he able to understand cities of Europe is not of importance, he is entitled to give a lecture in discipline.
Another member of UNMIK from Bangladesh is settled in Serb enclave in Strpce. He was afraid of having built four Albanian houses in his AoR.
More than 1.000 NGOs - opportunity for free trades
An UNMiK section is responsible for NGO registration. There are requirements on paper to fulfil, but they register blindly whoever applies. At the end we have 1048 NGOs, with many advantages starting with getting free of costum. This is the way to flourish the trade and get rich. Everything in Kosovo is screaming on Organised Crime. In this matter UN played a significant role in both sides, nowadays nobody will know anything about it. They made a deal with ex KLA products in dealing with tobacco and fuel smuggling. There are suspected UNMIK officials, but unfortunately they are not under the public investigation. Therefore they have diplomatic immunity.
Police officers are not always coming from USA and Germany, they are from African and Asiatic places. They are from Bangladesh, Nigeria, Cameron, Ethiopia, Ghana and Pakistan. At the end UNMIKSTAN became a place where many police officers are bringing their families for holidays.
These situations are criticised by elected chairperson of Kosovo Assembly, Mr. Nexhat Daci. Assembly of Kosovo composed of 120 representatives elected professor of chemistry for chairperson.
Who are PIOSes?
Professor Daci is stating: UNMIK has devastated our economy. It still gives itself the right to collect taxes and to decide about the budget. Chairperson of the Kosovo Assembly is struggling against the castration of the Assembly (like European Parliament in Strasbourg), the civil right which is introduced since the French Revolution. Professor Daci says that the best compensated by European tax - payers /UNMIK officials are arrogant and they are living in large numbers in Kosovo.
UNMIKSTAN are PIO (Principle International Officers). The clamour of the Albanian called Daci is considered as high disloyalty. Officials from PIO who cover up their noses when inhaling Albanians whiff, has an acronym dedicated to Kosovo Government PIS /in Alb. Massy (Provisional Interim Self Government).
Here we have few duties of essential importance coming out of SC Resolution 1244, which are not fulfilled at all. A person cant say: the mission is complete and UNMIK can leave. First of all Kosovo territory is not under the UN control. French soldiers stooped at the Ibar River in Mitrovica by purpose. Northern part of Mitrovica is still in the hands of criminals connected with high profiled persons in Belgrade.
On the other hand UNMIK didnt establish the administration in the Serb enclaves however they are continuously paid and rejecting to enter under Kosovo control. Hereupon, inhabitants are continuing to live in the age of Yugoslavia/Serbia, with old vehicle plates, old Belgrade currency, escorted by KFOR they are trading only in Serbia.
As third, UNMIK and KFOR didnt disarm the KLA. Western countries and Berlin continuously believe on the fraud. They believe that TMK is a sort of Organisation for Technical Help. Unfortunately a minister or a Parliament from Berlin does not look around Kosovo.
A pathetic aim was introduced as a main task for last three years. We wonted to build Rule of Law, proudly stated a German diplomat.
Battalions who lives beautiful
In order to establish aforementioned in Kosovo, battalions with monthly incomes over 12.000 DM and a vehicle per each UNMIK official. These battalions were living the best part of their life defining a low system with well-formulated English. It was nor an attempt to work on authentic lows. Whenever UNMIK was in title to demonstrate the determination, it escapes behind the scene. At the beginning of 2001 Serb and Macedonian governments simply changed the border in the south. UNMIK responsible personalities didnt dismiss it at once, but they entered into never ending negotiations with Macedonian and Serb governments. At least this was the inability of the Danish SRSG Hans Haekerup to bring back the territory.
After the first experiences, Peter Scholl Latour wrote almost prophetic statement from a visit in Kosovo during the 1999: The involvement of such a number of human resources for the sake of in -competency and partly for the sake of bad reputation of the UN staff coming from under developed countries, such are: Bangladesh or Central Africa, countries which didnt solve their own problems.
It is hard to plan what should Kosovars expect in their own place, from the insufficient UNMIK cast which should give orders
