Ishalla nuk e hedh ai ne gjyq per mashtrim dhe favorizim emigracioni te paligjshem se ka per te patur me shume probleme ajo se ai, nese jane martuar per dokumenta vetem. Hajt per hajer i dalte

ajo nuk eshte martuar per ti bere dokumentat atij, ajo e do akoma, po arsyeja pse ai eshte martuar me te e pse eshte ndare nuk e di, nuk e njoh djalin fare.

Pershendetje. Nje shoqja ime Angleze eshte martuar me nje Shqiptar nga kopliku, ka ca dite qe nuk jetojne me bashke kta te dy. Ajo eshte e shqetesuar nese ai mund te beje divorcin pa pranine e saj, me ligj nuk mundet po duke ditur sa e lehte eshte te besh cfare te duash kur ke ca leke shtrohet pyetja a mundet djali ta beje divorcin pa pranine e saj ne Koplik dhe si mund ta ndaloje ajo kte gje.

Ne shqiperi per te kryer divor eshte e mundur vetem me ane te gjykates. pastaj shpallet divorci ne Gjendjen Civile. Dmth qe nuk e ka ne dore Gjendja Civile te kryeje divorcet pret urdhrin nga gjykata.

ky problem zgjidhet krej kollaj pa pas nevoj me pagu ose me korroptu. une nuk e kuptoj pse nuk ja jep kja divorcin edhe nuk ka nevoj me shku ne extreme measures

We have separate bank accounts so any loans etc he takes out are nothing to do with me if he does get a divorce there I'm just worried that he will leave the boys out! I know your right by saying he doesn't deserve them I just couldn't do it to Ben he has enough on with having a baby bro, starting school, and his daddy not living here anymore!! I know he seems them inconsistently but I feel Ben will make his own mind up! I also don't think he should be able to apply for a visa for someone he has only known a week! Not getting a divorce atm is the only leverage I have!! X

djali nuk munde te bej divorcin ne gjndjen civile te koplikut por vetem ne gjykat... pasi ai te bej kerkesen per divorc edhe bashkshortja nuk paracitet per nje vite afat gjat procesit gjyqesor martesa zgjillet automatikisht

Divorci pa pranine e nje bashkshorti ne shqipri behet dhe shpesh madje pasi e kam par me syt e mi. Por ne kete rast duke qene ajo angleze besoj se duhet te ekzistojne procedura te tjera qe mund ta bejne me te veshtire nje divorc te tille.

Pastaj varet ku e kane bere keta martesen se po e paten bere ne angli...ai tipi ne shqipri nuk ben asje gje pasi procedura duhet ndjekur e tera ne angli sipas ligjeve te vendit.
