Angelino shumica e atyre qe ke shkrojtur nuk kane te bejne fare me teknologjine e informacjonit duke menduar ketu se tknologjia e informacjonit ka nje shtrire shume te gjere. Po te shpjegoj pak a shume ato libra qe thashe me lart.

A+ hardware core: A+ eshte nje certifika kompjuterike ku permbledh njohuri te pergjithshme reth kompjuterit pra te jep ty mundesine te njofesh pjeset e kompjuterit edhe configurimet kryesore ne detaje. Ky liber konsiston vecanerisht ne paisjet duke I shpjeguar ato ne detaje fonksjonin, perdorimin, konfigurimin edhe gjithashtu edhe menyrat kryesore per te zgjidhur nje difekt tipik te kesaj paisjeje.
A+ OS core hyn ne detaje te sistemeve te operimit qe eshte nje domosdoshmeri per tekniket e kompjuterave. Zakonisht ky liber konsiston ne windows OS.
Server+ ky eshte nje liber pak a shume A+ OS por ama eshte specifik ne sistemet server ku hyn me ne detaje per konfigurimin e mirembajtjen e sistemeve server duke futur ketu edhe perdorimin e implementimin e ActiveDirectory nga Doman, Forest, users, OU, forestprep, domainprep, instalim I ri apo upgrade qe eshte nje certifikate me vete ne fushen kompjuterike.
Network+ eshte nje certifikate tjeter qe eshte me e specjalizuar ne lidhje me networkun e I kushton gati 2000faqe informacjon ne lidhje me LAN, WAN, NAT, IntraNAT protokollet e ndryshme etj etj etj.
Keto jane informacjone shume te nevojshme vecanerisht ne pozicjonin tend ku akoma nuk ke vendosur se ca drejtimi do ndjekesh ne kete fushe. Sikunderse tha edhe xfiles po te hysh ne ate liste qe ke vene ti I bie tere jetes te lexosh edhe mos arish kure te kuptosh se do te te behet nje corbe e madhe. Gjithashtu teknologjia ndryshon shume shpejt me hapa teper te shpejta. Nje shembull une jam MCSE2003 kur kam futur duart per here te pare nje nje windows server 2008 kam qene I humbur ne kuptimin qe WS2k8 ka ndryshuar shume nga 2k3 edhe jashtzakonisht shume nga 2k edhe NT prandaj meso gjera e pergjithshme ne fillim pastaj futu ne detaje kur te arish te vendosesh cfare fushe do ndjekesh.

Step 1: Download Windows Vista UxTheme patch.

How to install

1. Login as a user with Administrative privileges -or- have Administrative credentials ready (check under the keyboard for a slip of paper).
2. Navigate to %systemroot%\System32
3. Right-click uxtheme.dll and click properties.
4. Take ownership of the file and close dialogs.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll
6. Right-click uxtheme.dll and click properties.
7. Give yourself (or group) Full Control permissions and close dialogs.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll.
9. Rename uxtheme.dll to uxtheme.old.
10. Rename themeui.dll to themeui.old.
11. Rename shsvcs.dll to shsvcs.old.
12. Copy patched files into %systemroot%\System32
13. Reboot (yes, this is really required)

Step 1b: If you find the above too intimidating, download VistaGlazz and just run it, it automates the whole patching process so you don't have to worry about it! It is basically like Neowin uxtheme patcher we used to have for Windows XP.

Step 2: Download a Windows Vista Visual style from our free Windows Vista Themes gallery, and copy the theme to Windows/Resources/Themes folder.

Step 3: Right click on desktop and click on Personalize. From the page that pops up, click on Theme and choose your newly installed theme!

13.Restartoje pc(po eshte shume e domosdoshme)
