pra restartoj PC nga keto programet pasaj te shkruaj ne ndonje teks?

tani po bindem qe e ka fajin kompjuteri pasi edhe ne ekran me shfaqen probleme p.sh kur hap ndonje link me del ne nje tabele tjeter,kur dua te bej nje refresh me del sikur klikoj me te djathte mbi ndonje ikone

+besoj se jam i infektiar pasi antivirusi aktual me nxjerr disa tabela qe ne fund lexojne nable to clean.

Ma pershkruaj pak me hollesi si te verpoj sepse nuk kam sh eksperience ne keto pune.

Mire dmth duket qe je i infektuar.
Nuk e di cfare antivirus ke te instaluar po te rekomandoj Avira, para se te instalosh Aviren, duhet patjeter te largosh antivirusin qe ke tani, nuk mund te kesh dy antivirus ne te njejten kohe.

1.Fshij antivirusin qe ke tani.
2.Shkarko dhe instalo Avira.http://www.avira.com/en/wks_avira/wi...ersonal_en.exe kliko update, per te shkarkuar updates.
3.Shkarko Malwarebytes Anti-Malware http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebyte...=dl&tag=button poashtu pas instalimit bej update !
4.Full Scan me Avira, shiko sa virus detekton, fshi virusat.
5.Full Scan me Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, shiko sa malware detekton, fshij dhe pastaj kerkon restartimin e PC, lejo kete procedure.
6.Shkarko Hijackthis http://www.trendmicro.com/ftp/produc...HijackThis.exe bej scan dhe ruaj log file dhe posto ne forum rezultatin.

Duhet te ndjekesh hapat me larte nese me kujdes nese deshiron te vazhdojme te zgjidhim problemin.
Nese nuk kupton njeren prej hapave ose gjate aplikimit te shfaqet ndonje problem tjeter, te lutem shkruaj ketu !

I bere skan me Avira dhe Malwarebytes ?
Nese po, mund te me tregosh log files, nese jo te lutem ndjeki hapat !
Ngarko/upload kete file C:\Win\lsass.exe ne www.mediafire.com ose www.kiwi6.com dhe posto down linkun.

1.Duhen pastruar artikujt sipas figures.
2.Pastaj klik start/run,fut msconfig klik ok,ne dritaren tjetr klik start up dhe klik ne katroret me shenje v-je dhe ua heq shenjen e v-se(check mark).
Klikon apply dhe ok poshte.
Pastaj fik ndez kompjuterin.ne ndezje mbaj shtyp F8 dhe
futesh ne afe mode. Aty bej te njejtat gjera si ne piken 2 lart.
3.Ne safe mode, hap programet antivirus dhe antispyware,ben skanim dhe pastrim.Pastaj ben boot normal.

Me vjen mire qe ke rregulluar problemin.
Virusi qe te ka shkakatuar probleme gjate shkrimit eshte C:\Win\lsass.exe
Sidoqofte tashme je ne rregull, mbaj Aviren, dhe cakto autmatic updates, nuk do te kesh probleme.

Duhet te shkosh te faqja e kompanise qe ka prodhuar laptopin dhe aty te shkarkohen drajverat e laptopit per madherbordin,,tastjeren,touch padin etj.
