    Transformoni trupit e vjetr, me nj t ri!

    Trup i shndetshm? Cili sht kuptimi i ksaj fraze? Idet q t vijn n mend jan m tepr individuale sesa standarte. Githmon sht e uditshme t dgjosh njerzit kur thon: Esht pak i shndetshm! Kjo prkthehet mbi pesh dhe i shndosh. Megjithat pr shum t tjer, kur prmend fjaln i shndetshm n mendje u vijn imazhe t Herkulit apo Van Damme apo m mir Arnold Scharzenegger. Pra, trupi i shndetshm pr shum njerz mund t prezantohet nga nj form e mir fizike, apo si thuhet n gjuhn mjeksore shndet kardiovaskular. N t njjtn palestr, megjithat, do dit mund t shohsh njerz t cilt duken njsoj si disa vjet t shkuara. Prse kto individ nuk kan ndryshuar aspak pr kaq koh? U mungojn njohurit n kt fush? Apo, nuk po strviten me intensitetin e duhur? Cilido t jet rasti, un nuk dua q shumica juaj t prbj numrat statistike t ksaj popullsie t vogl.

    Ja 10 hapa t thjesht pr t ndihmuar tranformonin e trupit t vjetr, n nj t ri me t shndetshm.

    Hapi 1.
    Uj. Pini sa t kini mundsi gjat dits. Rekomandimi ditor pr uje sht 8-10 gota n dit. Uji sht shum i rndsishm sepse ndihmon tretjen e ushqimit, shpejton metabolizmin e trupit, e shplan organizmin gjat dits dhe n t njjtn koh sht shum i rndsishm pr funksionimin e kyeve t trupit, si gjunjt dhe brylat. Nj e mir tjetr e ujit sht q t bn t ndjehesh i ngopur, pa ngrn shum kalori. Gjithashtu organizmi funksionon n mnyr optimale kur nuk sht i dehidratuar. Pr 'do 2% dehidratim, muskujt humbin 14 % fuqi.

    Hapi 2.
    Konsumoni ushqim me cilsi. Trupi sht si makin, dhe si do makin ka nevoj pr karburant pr t funksionuar mir, bile karburant me cilsi. Mbani mend, makinn mund ta ndrroni sa her q t doni por trupin e keni deri sa t vdisni, kshtu q trajtojeni mir. Zakonisht, 5-6 porcione t vogla ushqimi sht m mir sesa tre porcione: mngjes, drek dhe dark q ne jemi msuar t ham. Porcionet m t vogla treten m shpejt n sistemin e tretjes dhe japin me shum energji trupit. Pr ato q nuk kan mundsi pr protein pluhur, qumshti pluhur, sht pothuajse njsoj sepse ka shum amino acide t rndsishme pr trupin dhe shndetin. Kini kujdes, kto porcione duhet t prmbajn me tepr protein dhe m pak karbohidrate. Zakonisht 2 gram protein pr do kilogram pesh trupi sht mse e mjaftueshme. Me pak fjal, nj porcion ushqimi duhet t ket nj njsi protein dhe nj njsi karbohidratesh. Nj mnyr tjetr pr t peshuar sht me masn e dors. Kjo sht m e thjesht dhe e arsyeshme. Pr shembull: masa e dors grusht sht nj njsi karbohidrate, ajo sht zakonisht nj patate apo nj portokall (ngaq kemi shum ktu n Florida), ndrsa masa e nj proteine sht sa dora a hapur pa matur gishtat. Kjo sht zakonisht masa e nj berxolle.

    Hapi 3.
    Ky hap sht pak i uditshm pr shum njerz megjithat sht shum efikas. Pas dreks dhe darks, hani nj lug vaj ulliri. Vaji i ullirit quhet ndryshe yndyre e mir (poly unsaturated), dhe ndihmon n heqjen e dhjamit nga trupi. Prve ksaj vaji i ullirit i jep trupit energjin e duhur pr t kursyer djegjen e proteinave pr energji.

    Hapi 4.
    Suplemente ushqimore. Nuk ka nevoj t prdorsh t tilla suplemente, por vetm nse nuk keni koh pr t gatuar apo jeni i lodhur duke prtypur 6 her n dit. Prdorini me kursim.

    Hapi 5.
    Suplemente vitaminash dhe mineralesh. Nj tablet Multivitamine/Multimineral zakonisht mjafton pr t'ju dhn sasin e caktuar t vitaminave. Ato zakonisht jan t parrezikshme pr trupin.

    Hapi 6.
    Bheni zakon strvitjen. T paktn tre her n jav n mngjes ikni n palestr dhe vraponi ose bni biiklet pr 45 minuta, pastaj pas pune rreth ors gjasht apo shtat bni strvitje me pesha pr rreth 45 minuta. Esht vrtetuar q dika duhet t prsritet 21 her para se t bhet zakon. Pra, t paktn 21 her shtyjeni veten pr t shkuar n palester. Ather do ta ndjeni ndryshimin menjher!

    Hapi 7.
    Strvitje Kardiovaskulare. Ktu sht fjala pr vrap, not, biiklet, patina, Stairmaster, Crosstrainer etj. do aktivitet q e ngre nivelin e rrahjeve t zemrs n zonn e strvitjes pr nj koh t caktuar, forcon zemrn. Rreth 20-45 minuta, tre deri n katr her n jav sht e mjaftueshme pr t humbur peshn n mnyr graduale dhe t shndetshme. Pulsi duhet t jet dika si 120-150 rrahje pr minut, megjithat ka nj formul t caktuar pr kt.

    Hapi 8.
    Strvitje force. Ktu bhet fjal pr strvitjen me pesha. Si pr meshkuj dhe pr femra strvitja me pesha nuk ka zvendsim. Esht mnyr m e mir, pr t shtuar mas muskulore, q ndihmon n djegjen m t shpejt t kalorive dhe ndihmon n zbukurimin e formave t trupit. Tre deri n katr her n jav, 30 minuta deri n nj or sht e mjaftueshme pr t arritur kt synim.

    Hapi 9.
    Shplodhuni. Nuk mund t theksohet n mnyr t mjaftueshme. Trupi ka nevoj pr lodhje. Kur bni strvitje organizmi futet n nj faze stresi fizik dhe vetm shplodhja e ndihmon pr tu rekuperuar. Duhen t paktn shtat deri n tet or gjum, dhe gjysm ore gjum pasdite sht mjaftueshm pr t lodhur organizmin, megjithse ka shum faktor q e ndikojn gjumin, si psh: cilsia e gjumit, volumi i stresit mbi trupin, dhe ndryshime gjenetike. Shum njerz lodhen me 5 apo 6 or gjum, shum t tjer kan nevoj 8 apo 9. Shikoni me kujdes dhe studioni trupin tuaj. Nuk ka tregues m t sakt sesa vet trupi.

    Hapi 10.
    Strvituni me nj shok. Kjo mund t jet kshilla m e rndsishme q ju jepet. Ndjehemi gjithmon m rehatshm kur kemi dik me vete. Ndaloni dhe mendoni pr nj minut! Kur niseni pr t bler dika n dyqan, gjithmon merrni nj shok me vete apo jo, pr t ndihmuar dhe pr t kaluar at fazn e parehatshme t zgjedhjes s rrobave. Nj arsye, pr t pasur gjithmon nj shok, sht se sa her q ndjeheni t lodhur apo to stresuar, dhe s'e keni mendjen pr strvitje e dini se shoku juaj po ju pret n palestr apo n park pr tu stervitur. Nj shok gjithashtu sht i rndsishm pr t'ju shtyr sa m tepr pr t vrapuar at kilometrin e fundit apo pr t ngritur ato dy prsritjet e fundit t peshave. Ashtu si n jet, do njeri ka nevoj pr nj partner pr t prballuar dhimbjet e jets. Ashtu dhe do njeri ka nevoj pr nj partner pr t prballuar dhimbjet e muskujve.

    How to age Gracefully!

    We are born, we grow up, we grow old and we die. We are pathetic. We are stars. We are either sad and sickly or we are glamorous and new. We walk in and the choices race through our heads. Sad and sickly? Or glamorous and new?! When the Greek philosopher was looking for a universal truth he chose the statement, All men are mortal. Yet mankind has always searched for ways to cheat Old Father Time or at least to keep him off for a while longer. Immortality is our fondest dream. Throughout the world we find this idea cropping up in legends. There would be a tree of life which people can eat from or a fountain of youth from which they can drink that will halt aging, restore youth and make possible for humans, like gods, to be immortal. Yet the fact remains that from the time of the first humans till the present, mans life span has stayed about the same-seventy five-more or less.
    Since the human death is still a puzzle and time has shown that there is nothing that can be done to change what has already been decided, humans have searched for ways, not anymore to prevent what is going to occur, but for ways to look the best they can when they finally meet with Death. Now the question How to be immortal? becomes How to age gracefully? According to Tom Ford (born August 27, 1961 in Austin, Texas), who is an American fashion designer and is considered one of the most famous and influential designers ever: Beauty used to be all about cream and lotions, and its not. Its about Botox. Its about fillers. Its about mini facelifts. Weve reached a level of manipulation. Weve become plastic, objectifying the human body. The cosmetic form of botulinum toxin, often referred to by its product name Botox, is a popular non-surgical injection that temporarily reduces or eliminates frown lines, forehead creases, crows feet near the eyes and thick bands in the neck. The toxin blocks the nerve impulses, temporarily paralyzing the muscles that cause wrinkles while giving the skin a smoother, more refreshed appearance. This product is being advertised widely. In every magazine you read about it and you see how the number of people actually trying Botonx, is growing everyday tremendously. Another way that people try to escape the aging process is with the help of face lifts. This operation is done to tighten the loose skin of the face and neck. It does not remove fine wrinkle lines; these require resurfacing of the skin. The forehead and eyelids are not tightened by a facelift. At the same time as facelift the surgeon can correct other cause of fullness in the face and neck. One of the most difficult areas to treat is the nasolabial fold the crease between the nose and the corner of the mouth. Truth be told, what is sad about this whole process of aging is how people forget the natural and healthy ways that help down the years of the life. The first and the most important rule is: Eat a diet of natural foods including fresh fruits, vegetables , nuts, grains, seeds, skim dairy products and if desire a little meat(preferably fish). The second rule is: Eat this diet all the time and eat as much of it as you want. This means not to skip meals. What you must not do is first: Dont eat more than 10% fat. This means avoiding cooking bars, butter or margarine, egg yolks, unskimmed diary products. Also with your doctors approval you can get:
    1- Good multiple vitamin and mineral supplement tablet everyday.
    2- Vitamin E after meals and at bedtime.
    3- Vitamin C at meals and bedtime.
    4- Selenium at least once a day. You can take it combined with or without vitamin E.
    There are a lot of other things we need to be caution about, if we want to make improvements in the process of How to win the aging game.
    Caution One: Dont smoke, ever again.
    Caution Two: Drink very moderately, if at all
    Caution Three: Avoid coffee and commercial teas.
    Caution Four: Eat and absolute minimum of salt.
    At this point I can tell how pessimistic you are. Of course who is this perfect to go strictly by the rules? No one. But then again we are not perfect. Some people, no matter how old they get, never lose their beauty - they merely move it from their faces into their hearts. So why does it matter so much whether we have the face of a 35 years old person at the age of 75 or have the face of a properly aged person? I think the only answer to that is: We are just being us, humans. We ask for things out of our reach so that we have a purpose to go on and on, so that we have a reason to get up every day and look at our faces the first thing in the morning and be satisfied with the reflection in the mirror.
